Provide required notices and obtain authorization before uploading others’ data. Account acceptance is not patient authorization.

• Upload only what is needed; avoid unnecessary names, identification or medical records.

Check recipients and permissions before sharing, and review access regularly.

• Trash can be restored. Check whether you need a copy before permanent deletion.
• Platform deletion does not automatically remove external copies or simultaneously delete backups.

You may request access, copies, additions, corrections, cessation of collection/processing/use or deletion under applicable law.
