Image and health data use

Applies to Toshin Precision Co., Ltd.’s Idensol Chroma image, shade matching and recipe services, together with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Provide required notices and obtain authorization before supplying patient images. Medical data require a lawful basis.

• Registration acceptance does not replace patient written consent or another legally required basis.
• Provide only necessary data, preferably with project codes. Avoid names, identification, full faces and unrelated records. Hiding names does not ensure anonymity.

Photos, charts, marks, samples, materials and target shades support the projects, calibration, shade matching and recipes you request.

• Support data address that request; omit unrelated patient information. Missing required images or samples may prevent analysis.

RAW decoding and some sampling run on your device. Analysis sends necessary samples and project information.

• Importing or saving projects may store original images, RAW files and corrected results on the service. Local decoding does not mean no uploads.
• You manage downloaded copies.

Check authorization, recipients and scope before sharing. Protect accounts, devices and copies.

• Revoking access or deleting projects does not automatically remove recipient copies, device caches or backups. Trash may be restored.
• Contact us about retention or requests for access, correction, cessation of processing or deletion. Identity, authorization and legally required retention may need checking.
• Projects do not replace medical records an institution must retain by law.

Calibration, shade matching and AI recipes support professional work, not diagnoses, treatment decisions or guarantees.

• Capture, sampling, displays, materials and firing affect results. A professional should review them, with trial firing and measurement when needed.
• Acceptance does not authorize model training, research or marketing. Other purposes require separate explanation of the purpose, data scope and lawful basis.
